This little engine when it turned up was rather dirty no biggy but the base had been repainted blue, but the original green still underneath. also a kind person had replaced the whistle with a screw.

Base, boiler and firebox. firebox will be repainted as someone else has painted it but left remains of original paint underneath

Both the boiler and engine frame cleaned up carefully so not to damage the original gold paint on the boiler, cylinders and pipe work


Original green paint could not be saved as was nearly none of it left so now repainted. The underside of the base has been left original as paint was fine underneath
